It's not just a makeover...

It's an M&S makeover. Sorry, couldn't resist!

Tonight myself and a few other #fabb NI beauty bloggers were invited to the opening of Marks & Spencer's new beauty department. M&S are doing a lot of rebranding and updating their merchandising displays around all their stores and the first store to get this in NI is the Whiteabbey store. So we popped down to check out the goodies. And oh what goodies there are.

As well as their in store brands, which you know I'm a fan of already, they've also got some exclusive brands like Leighton Denny, Murad, Philip Kingsley & so many others but did I mention Leighton Denny? Eep! No longer do we have to perve over un satisfying pictures on the interweb. You can go test, touch, smell, stroke... Um I mean peruse whatever you want in real life! You've no idea how much it took not spend ridiculous amounts in there. Can't wait till payday!

      It was fun! They kept hovering round the free food though which put me off taking any. Gutted haha!

      A day hasn't gone by since that I haven't thought about going back :-/ I'd probably need dark glasses and a trench coat lol

Can we talk about how long it's been since I've done a nail post? Too long. Far too long! Well wait no more because I have the cutest little product to show you! I picked Le mini macaron in Sephora. It was clearly over priced at around €30 but completely irresistible to my gel obsessed self (hey, it's sort of my job so I have an excuse) especially in my Sephora daze where I went into shove-everything-in-the-basket mode.  No regrets.  The kit comes in 4 colours, I chose peach because I love saying le péché in French and I LOVE the colour peach. The latter two remain completely unused.  In Sephora itself you can buy stand alone polishes in a huge assortment of colours but to be honest, I wouldn't buy these polishes again. Matcha Madness: The Body Shop Matcha Tea Face Mask Review

My name is Bex and I am a mask addict! I love masks. Cream, clay, mud, peeling, sheet, cellulose, nourishing... you name it and I love it! I recently spent an evening with the amazing staff from The Body Shop Belfast learning about all their key products and celebrating their cruelty free status and at the end of the night I was very kindly gifted their Japanese Matcha Tea pollution clearing mask - I was delighted!  We all know that the world has gone Matcha crazy but beyond an occasional frappe from a well known coffee house my main experiences have been with Matcha flavour cakes from my local asian supermarket. If you have been following my blogs and social media you will have seen that I am currently partnering with Therapie Clinics and trying out their range of specialist facials to try and improve my skin. Alongside the facials (my second of which is coming up in April!) I have really tried to up my game with my skin care. Rather than just slapping everything that says hydration on I am really trying to target specific areas and problems.
