Deafening Silence

Hey Girls! (and guys who clicked our various facebook & twitter links out of curiosity lol)

I'm so sorry we've been so quiet recently, the past few weeks have been hectic! 

And now out of pure coincidence both Michelle & I are moving to new apartments! Me on Wednesday & Chelle in the next few weeks. So you can imagine we both look like the picture below rather than above right now.

To top it off I'm heading to big ole London town on Thursday for IMATS next weekend with my makeup artist friend Bex (see her amazing talent here). I'm unbelievably excited to check out all the different brands & artists that will be exhibiting & really hoping to meet a few makeup goddesses while we're there & learn lots. Be prepared for a massive post on the weekend when I get back. 

So just give us a couple weeks & we'll be back to the beauty goddesses we try to fool you into believing we are, although I'm sure the odd *cough*haul*cough* post will appear in the meantime ;)

obsession? or Collection?

Just before Christmas my best friend Gayle was expressing her shopping woes when it came to my present. Know my love for Barry M she wanted to get me some but was scared as she didn't know what I already had! So she asked me to blog my collection for future reference. 

CRINGE!!!

Dare I reveal the entirety of my obsession? Because, lets face it, I can pretty it up by saying I'm collecting but I'm plain ole obsessed and everyone knows it!

The bottom shelve is currently holding my Models Own Nail Art pens, a buffer, my deoderant (good to know I wear it eh?) & my perfume (Black XS... Yummy!) but given that I'm having to double up on the upper shelves I doubt it will stay this empty for long!

So there it is, a close up of my ever expanding "collection". Or at least the ones I have with me in Belfast. I have more in storage & sneaky order from Cult Nails (treatments rather than new colours as much as it pained me not to indulge) on the way.
I think I need help. Any NPAA* groups in belfast?

**No this not a real OPI, for starters the real That's Berry Darling is pink! Its was cheap off eBay & was the only polish on there that was the exact shade of Yellow that I wanted (candycorn yellow is surprisingly hard to find at halloween). It's actually quite a good polish if you ignore the fact that it's fake.

Yes I am one of those people. Not content with loving the original Urban Decay Naked Palette, I just had to snap up it’s sister when she was released last Friday. I even woke up from my post-hospital coma to buy it online!

By all rights there is no need for one person to have this many Neutrals but I don’t care

And my favourite shades.
Makeup Geeks will spot the minor difference in Half Baked (the only shade to make a recurrence due to it’s popularity)

Feeling Feline

Something a bit different today. I'm currently in a sexi navy hospital gown (no pics I shan't be twitpicing) waiting to go in for my regular operation on my throat. And while I'm bored I've been searching the 'interwebz' for my new obsession. Cat Print shoes!
Not your typical leopard or tiger prints oh no. I want faces. I want silhouettes. I want the whole shebangimal!
