Bare faced bravery?

It has been noted that going bare faced and makeup free in public is a bit of a brave step for most women and a few select men. This is usually followed by saddened comments that we shouldn't have to feel brave about showing our natural faces, that we should be proud of who we are. There will be misogyny and feminism. There will be positive reinforcement. And there may even be some genuine attempts to change the status quo. Whatever happens, the debate will rage on and people far more qualified than I will make far more informed and eloquent arguments. For me I decided I needed to cut down on my daily use of makeup (even the really good stuff) purely for the good of my skin. It was dry and horrible and needed a breather. And whilst I love having an extra 15 minutes in bed in the mornings it really is nice to feel comfortable in your own skin. I've been using this gorgeous repairing moisturiser from A-Derma. And we're back! With a lovely new toy!

I may go high but I do at least make sure I use heat protective products first. Damage control is vital! "So stop the chatter and

Not Dead.

To anyone reading this I apologise for the lack of recent posts. I wouldn't normally apolgise for not posting as I write when I want to and not because of any pressure or need.  However on this occasion I do need to apologise because I didnt want this break. I have been experiencing some minor (major) difficulties in renewing our Faeribex.com domain and transferring to a new host over the past month and have felt that posting whilst no one can read is a little bit pointless. Unfortunately it looks like we still have a few hurdles to jump through to get it back up again but luckily we still have the old back up of our original nom de plume "Bex's Fashion Tips" so I can at least bring you this message! Thankyou blogger! Instead of ranting for days I'm going to share a few snaps of my progress in my nail technology course, which is going splendidly, some recent filming and some others of clients nails, outfits, that time I met Scroobius Pip and maybe
