Mani Monday Pt1

You didn't think I'd just leave you with an introduction post and no challenge did you?! So little faith. ;)
For day 1 we have the colour Red as our theme and I am in mourning. The red I'm about to show is my ultra favourite Red. My go to polish. And I lost it shortly after deciding to use it for this post. This will hopefully explain the slight wear on the tips haha!

RIP MAC Red. We knew so briefly.

Faeriwood Eats: Wolf & Devour, gluten free dining done right

I get asked a lot about how people can go about promoting their businesses and whilst it is a huge question one of the things I will always recommend is social media and Instagram. I love it. I've discovered so many good restaurants while browsing hashtags and local accounts. Recently I was scrolling through  #Glutenfreebelfast  and spotted five glorious words.  Gluten. Free. Mac'n'Cheese. Balls.  Cue heavy breathing.  It wasn't until we were sitting down in the small but gorgeously laid out premises - think modern cantina with industrial and urban garden accents - that I realised I've actually seen the  Wolf &  Devour  food truck around festivals and fairs but I had always assumed, being full of all things bready, that they were just a no go for little old Coeliac me. Ophrys Skincare

If you have been following my blogs and social media you will have seen that I am currently partnering with Therapie Clinics and trying out their range of specialist facials to try and improve my skin. Alongside the facials (my second of which is coming up in April!) I have really tried to up my game with my skin care. Rather than just slapping everything that says hydration on I am really trying to target specific areas and problems.
